Optometrist Ken Dodge
Optometrist Ken Dodge and his wife, Heike, are the owners of Pierz Eyecare and Falls Optical at Northern Eye Center. Dr. Dodge has been providing excellent eye care services to the residents of Morrison County since 2001.
The husband and wife duo opened Falls Optical in Little Falls in 2011 and Pierz Eyecare in 2012, with a singular goal of providing the best quality eye care and most affordable eyewear around.
Born and raised in Cold Spring, MN, Dr. Dodge got his education from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. He and two of his siblings are optometrists, and they all love being there to help people see better. Dr. Dodge is patient, thorough, and dedicated to his community. He is also a major in the MN Air National Guard.
Heike Dodge
Heike has worked as an optician and optical manager on and off since 1997. It was while managing an optical in Bemidji that she and Ken met.
Heike grew up in Minnesota Lake, MN, and graduated from Mankato State University with a background in public relations, marketing and writing. She and Ken live on a hobby farm near Freedhem with their three children, Gunther, Hayden, and Nordica.
Heather Okerman
Heather joined the team in 2016. Her healthcare and customer service background is apparent in her attention to patients. She is from Little Falls with roots in Tennessee. Heather's bright smile and charm make her a pleasure to work with. She and her husband, Eric, live near Little Falls with their children, Cassidy and Skylar.
Kirsten Drew
Kirsten Drew joined the team in 2020. She grew up in Cushing and has extensive experience in medical billing and human resources. Kirsten's no-nonsense approach and tenacious attitude give her an advantage in the medical billing department. Kirsten and her husband, Eric, returned to Morrison County to raise their son and enjoy rural life near family and friends.
Kellie Sebastian
Kellie joined the team in 2021. She was raised in Browerville and returned to the area after living abroad. Kellie has experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities, as well as healthcare administration. Patients enjoy her calm, patient nature and helpfulness as she tackles any challenge. She has three children, Sklyer, Aria and Liam, and they enjoy camping and playing with their cats and dog.
Racheal Steffl
Racheal joined the team in 2022. She is from Luverne, MN, has extensive retail experience and has worked in eyecare since 2015. Racheal is an old soul that truly cares for the patients we serve with patience, enthusiasm and professionalism. She and her husband Adam moved to Little Falls in 2019 with their dogs Briar and Tillie. They enjoy traveling, anything outdoors and especially fishing.

Jennifer Lashinski
Jennifer joined the team in 2023. She grew up in Glencoe, MN. Jennifer's personable and professional nature, coupled with her background in healthcare and customer service make her a great asset to the team. Jennifer, her husband Mike and sons Landan and Corbin love summer fishing, and Jennifer's favorite hobby is decorating.
MacKenzie Jendro
MacKenzie Jendro joined the team in 2023. She grew up in Little Falls and has a degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University, with a background in healthcare. MacKenzie tackles big problems with hard work and efficiency to keep the medical billing department running smoothly and our patients happy. MacKenzie lives near family and loves to read and enjoy outdoor fun like hiking and fishing.
